Six months of access to our extended donor profiles is only $25. Baby photos are $20 per donor. Photo matching is $55 for European donors and free for US donors.

Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders of $1800 or more. All USA shipments travel via FedEx air, two business days. Shipments of less than $1800 to Connecticut, New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania are $100. To other parts of the United States, $150. For FedEx Standard Overnight shipping, add $50. For FedEx Priority Overnight add $100. Shipping to international destinations ranges from $300 to $600. We require a tank deposit of $1000 on all international shipments. For more details see our international shipping page. Free shipping on all orders of $4200 or more. All prices include return of nitrogen tank. There is usually no tax or duty on donor semen as it is considered a treatment, not commercial goods. Contact us for details.

Storage

Straws must be prepaid before storage can begin. Storage can be cancelled at any time and 75% of the original price will be refunded —we are one of the few sperm banks with a refund policy. Only straws that are still on deposit at Cryos and have not been previously delivered can be cancelled. Storage fees are not refundable.

Cancellations

If cancellation occurs after processing of an order, there will be a $40 charge.

We offer exclusive worldwide rights to a donor for $75,000. You can choose from a list of characteristics and we will present you with a list of possible donors that matches your needs. Please call for more information.

Quality Guarantee

Replacement of straws below standard is determined on a case-by-case investigation. There can be variations in sperm quality for several reasons.

Sperm counts can vary depending on the individual lab technician who performs the counting.

It is also possible that the sperm count at your lab will be lower than our standards but this is not necessarily an indication that our sperm samples are substandard.

Our refund policy

Cryos is one of the few sperm banks with a refund policy. We will buy back your straws at 75% of the original cost.
